Apple cider vinegar
We use a mix of apple varieties to make raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.
We use nothing but a mix of apples, honey, water, time and an old process. No sugar and no pasteurizing techniques. No filtration. We do this to keep the 'mother' bacteria alive in the cider vinegar as this is the important component that is so beneficial to our health.
We bottle all our apple cider vinegar in recycled glass bottles and encourage customers to return their bottles for discounted re-fills.
