Apple cider vinegar
We grow several different varieties of Apple and some of those are old Finnish varieties that are perhaps over 50 years in the ground. We use a mix of these varieties to make raw, unflitered and unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.
We use nothing but a mix of apples, honey, water, time and an old process that always delivers. No sugar and no pasteurizing techniques. No filtration. We do this to keep the 'mother' bacteria alive in the cider vinegar as this is the important component that is so beneficial to our health.
We bottle all our apple cider vinegar in recycled glass bottles and encourage customers to return their bottles for discounted re-fills.
Apple Cider Vinegar has several well known health benefits that you can find out for yourself. It can be used in variety of ways from drinking, salad dressings and cooking, cleaning and cleansing.
